Our School

Our School

Since 2009

TILDE MADRID was born in 2009 as a center specialized in Spanish classes and immersion programs for adults. Our goal was to create a space in the center of Madrid where students could feel at home, in a family, in their SPANISH family.

That is why we have dedicated a lounge area in the school, where students can relax, do their homework, connect to the Internet and make use of our books and magazines while having a coffee at any time of the day.

The school also has several quiet and well-ventilated classrooms. The tranquility of the building overlooking the Monasterio de la Encarnación invites us to concentrate and study and makes us forget that we are not only a stone's throw away from the central Plaza de Ópera and Puerta del Sol, but also a few minutes away from the three most important and busy museums in Madrid: The Prado Museum, Reina Sofía and Thyssen.

  • Wifi
  • Books and magazines
  • Teaching materials
  • Coffee and biscuits

What kind of people enrol on courses at TILDE MADRID?

Our students come from all over the world. Whether for a gap year, for professional reasons, for vacation or as a transition from one job to another, they choose our courses because learning among adults interested in language and culture is ideal. Our clients are usually experienced travelers, very open to learning and sharing experiences.

In the heart of Madrid

TILDE MADRID Spanish school is located in one of the most historic areas of Madrid: the Plaza de la Encarnación, a haven of peace next to the Royal Palace. The main building in the square is the Royal Monastery of the Incarnation. It was founded in 1611 by Queen Margarita, wife of Philip III. A few minutes away from the school, we find the lively area where theaters, restaurants and stores attract thousands of tourists and locals every day.
