COURSES

- The price of the classroom course includes the cost of the level test, cultural activities, the use of books, coffee, facilities, internet access and the certificate of attendance upon request.

- Course fees do not include medical insurance, photocopies on request and entrance fees to museums and shows.

- A deposit of 100 euros will be deducted from the total price of the course and a registration fee of 50 euros will be charged.

- Lessons are counted per lesson. 1 lesson: 50 minutes.

- In case of cancellation of the face-to-face course, TILDE MADRID will keep the 100 euros deposit, although this amount can be transformed into online Spanish lessons or kept as a reservation for a future face-to-face course, always within 6 months from the date of the initial reservation.

In case of cancellation of individual lessons, it is imperative to notify 24 hours in advance so that the lesson will not be counted as given.

- TILDE MADRID is committed to compensate our students with individual lessons in case there is not at least one other student with the same level requested: 2 group lessons (100 minutes) = 1 individual lesson (50 minutes).

- TILDE MADRID reserves the right to slightly modify the schedule of the lessons, only if necessary. 

ACCOMMODATION

- Currently TILDE MADRID only offers a service of help and recommendations in finding accommodation, but does not manage the accommodation.

- TILDE MADRID is not responsible for accidents, theft or incidents that may occur outside our school.

HOLIDAYS

- On weeks with one public holiday (national or local), 45 ¤ will be deducted from the price of the Base Course and 35 ¤ from the price of the “Simple” Base Course. On weeks with two holidays, TILDE MADRID will celebrate only one. Individual classes will always be made up.

VISAS

- For students who are not members of the EU, we advise you to visit the Spanish Embassy in your country of origin.

COMPLAINT FORMS. CESSION AND PROTECTION OF DATA

- The School has at the disposal of the students or their legal representatives Complaint Forms according to the official model. For any dispute arising from the interpretation or fulfillment of this contract, the School expressly submits to the consumer arbitration system, through the Consumer Arbitration Board that corresponds to it.

- Failure to provide data to these entities will mean that the provision of the services covered by this contract cannot be fulfilled.

- TILDE MADRID also informs you that it will process the data in a lawful, honest, transparent, appropriate, relevant, limited, accurate and up-to-date manner. Therefore, TILDE MADRID undertakes to take all reasonable steps to ensure that they will be deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.

- In accordance with your rights under current legislation on personal data protection, you may exercise your rights of access, rectification, limitation of processing, deletion, portability and opposition by sending your request to the postal address indicated above or by writing an email to info@tildemadrid.com.

- You may contact the competent Supervisory Authority to file any complaint you deem appropriate.

 Finally, TILDE MADRID informs you that, by signing this document, you give your explicit consent to the processing of the aforementioned data. 

VALIDITY AND SCOPE OF APPLICATION OF THESE GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The present General Conditions shall apply and are annexed to the Particular Conditions established in the specific program of the contracted course provided to the student. Both documents make up this Non-Regulated Education Contract that regulates the relationship between the school and the student.

The present General Conditions will be applicable to any course contracted by the student, as of the date of signature of this contract, so that, unless they are modified, they will be applicable to the courses and programs contracted by the student in the future by means of the subscription of the corresponding Particular Conditions of each course, that is to say, by means of the subscription of the specific program of the future course contracted by the student.

When the General Conditions of this contract suffer modifications, these will be updated through the different documents of Particular Conditions of each course; being the effective date of these variations the one that appears in the Particular Conditions that contain them.
