Our way of working

Our Spanish courses are designed for students who wish to learn quickly within a limited time frame, what demands a high level of preparation from our teachers, ensuring clear learning objectives with varied exercises and support materials to enable the formation of the fundamental skills and concepts necessary for learning Spanish. Our teachers are sensitive to the features of every single student, and the way he or she learns, and they give the student the main role, so they can unleash their creativity.

Unlike many of our competitors, our classes never exceed 4 students, which enables our teachers to pay particular attention to each student’s needs and demands, giving the necessary support and encouragement to enable the student to achieve their maximum potential.

Our method

Knowing that Spanish is a language of communication and culture, our team supports its diffusion through a teaching of quality. Tilde Madrid bases its method in the combination of:

Grammar lessons:
Tilde has its own custom teaching materials which focus on teaching grammar for conversation purposes. This method has been prepared according to the levels and objectives of the Cervantes Institute following the methodology of the Common European Marking System
Conversation lessons:
A complement to the grammar lessons, give students a chance to practice their communication skills and learn more about Spanish culture. The conversation topics are adapted to level and interest of the student.
Abanico cultural activities:
Complementary activities with an experienced teacher and guide that give the student the opportunity to immerse himself or herself in the heart of the Spanish culture and more specifically Madrileño society, with the help and in company of a teacher.
Café y prensa:
Another complementary activity every morning for students wishing to use their Spanish while discussing current affairs and informal topics. Newspapers are available with free coffee or tea before the first class of the day, from 9.00-9.25am, Tuesday to Friday.
